The aroma of melted chocolate and caramel fill the McCall Candy Company
on
a
daily basis since all specialty chocolates, fudge, barks, and
peanut
brittle
are made on-site.
Our specialty chocolates only cost $17.90/lbs.
We offer a larger variety of specialty chocolates and all products are listed below:
Chocolate Dipped Creams: Made with flavored fondant and dipped in Guittard Premium Chocolates.
Lemon • Mint • Chocolate • Cherry • Orange • Rum
Butter • Maple
Cherry Cordials: Fondant recipe with fondant wrapped around a whole Maraschino Cherry. The cherry juices react with the fondant to provide a wonderful liquid juice.
Cherry Mounds: Cherry Cordial enrobed in peanuts and chocolate.
Seafoam: Texture like honey comb that provides a light, airy, and crunchy taste.
Haystacks: Toasted coconut rolled in chocolate.
Orange/Raspberry Sticks: Jellies - flavored soft center like jelly.
Pecan Doodles: Dollop of chocolate, nuts, and our in-house caramel.
Cashew/Macadamia Caramel Clusters: The nuts are covered with our own special caramel that is heated to a specific temperature to assure softness and smoothness.
Decorative Mice: Maraschino cherry dipped in white chocolate the infused with a Hershey Kiss also dipped in chocolate to make a delicious treat look like an edible mouse!
Clusters: Simply, chocolate embedded with nuts. Choice of almond, cashew, pecan, walnuts, peanuts, or macadamia nuts.
Huckleberry Clusters: Sugar infused huckleberries dipped in chocolate.
Pecan Butter Balls: Butter pecan fondant rolled in chopped pecans.
Almond Butter Crunch with Almonds and English Butter Toffee with walnuts: Both are made with butter, sugar, corn syrup and water brought to correct temperature turns out crispy and melts in your mouth!
Rocky Road: Marshmallows and walnuts rolled in chocolate.
Peanut Butter Dreams: Chocolate filled with creamy peanut butter centers.
Chocolate Dipped Items: Your favorite treat dipped in chocolate to give that "extra" YUM flavor to it!
• Fortune Cookies: Dark, milk, and white chocolate available
• Oreos: 1/2 mint and 1/2 chocolate dipped over entire cookie or have an oreo dipped all in chocolate
• Marshmallows: 3 on a stick dipped in chocolate and decorated with seasonal figures
• Graham Crackers: Dipped in chocolate and decorated with seasonal figures
• Red Licorice: Dipped in white chocolate
• Bavarian Pretzels: Yogurt/dark chocolate coating
• Animal Crackers: Dipped in a yogurt coating
We sell SUGAR-FREE CHOCOLATES
Sugar free, low sodium. Made as a regular chocolate but without the sugar.

Made with heavy cream mixed with chocolate, flavored and dipped in chocolate. Drizzled with colored chocolate to identify the flavor of the truffle!
